Bar Manager for New Private Members' Club

About the role

The Arbour is an upcoming private members' club opening in St. George's Bay, Malta in October 2026. It will feature seasonal Mediterranean cuisine, a cocktail lab, cultural programming and a community space. As a Bar Manager you will lead the bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for members and guests while supporting the wider Lifestyle Group portfolio of iconic restaurants. You will collaborate with the culinary team to develop cocktail menus that complement the Mediterranean dishes. Key duties include managing bar staff, inventory and supplier relationships. Required profile
