About the role

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead Tanvi, a contemporary Indian restaurant that blends vibrant flavours with modern presentation. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth daily operations in a high‑volume, Michelin‑guide‑featured environment. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu execution aligns with Tanvi’s modern Indian concept.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation of the outlet, maintaining high standards in service, operations, and guest experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop the front‑of‑house team to achieve consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, cost controls and compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• A genuine love for restaurant experiences and a passion for hospitality.
• Proven experience managing a high‑volume restaurant.
• Natural team player comfortable working with a large team.
• Friendly, customer‑oriented and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences.
