Wellness Concierge

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Wellness Concierge to join our team at Verdala Wellness Hotel – AX Privilege. The role involves managing wellness services, handling guest inquiries, assisting with bookings and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for services, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Anticipate and fulfil guest preferences, including special requests and personal needs throughout their stay.
• Provide personalised services such as packing, unpacking and laundry to the highest standard.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, room service and other departments to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Respect guest privacy and confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Address and resolve guest complaints professionally, aiming for satisfactory resolution.
• Continuously monitor and enhance guest comfort, making adjustments as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist role within a wellness or spa environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
