QC Micro Lab Analyst

About the role

Join Baxter’s Quality Control team as a Microbiology Analyst, performing critical microbiological testing to ensure product safety and compliance. You will work in a GMP‑regulated laboratory supporting the plant’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aseptic technique and sampling for microbiological analysis.
• Conduct bioburden testing (total microbial count) on water and medical devices.
• Execute spectrophotometric and environmental testing.
• Prepare media and microbial cultures.
• Compile documentation in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
• Manage stock of reagents and consumables.
• Carry out sterilization activities and test method validations.

Required profile

• Science‑related degree (Chemistry, Biology, or medical‑laboratory science).
• 1‑2 years of experience in a certified laboratory, preferably in microbiology.
