Leadership Development Business Partner

About the role

As a Leadership Development Business Partner you will strengthen Vista’s leadership capability by deeply understanding the business, diagnosing leadership gaps, and delivering targeted solutions. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to shape a global leadership framework and ensure it is rolled out effectively across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and champion a global leadership framework for approval by the Chief People Officer and ExCo.
• Roll out the framework, track capability metrics, and use insights to inform succession planning and development programmes.
• Build a comprehensive understanding of Vista’s commercial priorities, operational pressures, and the specific leadership population in each function.
• Identify emerging capability gaps early through a proactive leadership network.
• Diagnose whether performance issues stem from leadership/management gaps versus other factors.
• Partner with HRBPs to design, deliver, and scale practical interventions such as job aids, frameworks, coaching, or targeted programmes.
• Provide tangible, shipped outputs that stakeholders can use immediately.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate commercial and operational insights into leadership development needs.
• Proven experience diagnosing and addressing leadership or management capability gaps.
• Excellent partnership skills, working with HRBPs and senior leaders to co‑create solutions.
• Ability to design and implement scalable, context‑specific development interventions.
• Results‑oriented mindset focused on delivering concrete tools and outcomes.
