Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

TalentBoost 360 is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its recruitment team in Malta. You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, helping businesses build stronger teams while supporting professionals in making meaningful career moves.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and internal databases.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess experience, motivation and career goals.
• Match candidates with suitable opportunities and present professional summaries to clients.
• Create and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain communication with all parties and support candidates through offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system and develop pipelines for current and future vacancies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within an agency.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and confidence in approaching candidates.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Resilience and motivation in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European language is a plus.
