Front Desk Representative – Customer Service (Malta)

About the role

Friendly, organised, and customer‑focused Front Desk Representatives are sought to provide professional face‑to‑face and telephone support to customers across various service locations in Malta. This is a full‑time position based on a 40‑hour working week, operating on a roster between Monday and Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, respond to enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, working towards effective resolutions.
• Provide administrative support, maintain accurate records and ensure interactions follow established procedures and service standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and deliver consistent service across North, Central and South Malta support hubs.

Required profile

• Fluency in both Maltese and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office; an ECDL certificate is an asset.
• Organised, positive, dependable and able to solve problems effectively while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work on a roster from Monday to Saturday, primarily during morning hours.
