About the role

Join a fast‑growing recruitment firm in Malta as an English‑speaking Recruiter. You will be trained by top performers and directors, gaining full exposure to the recruitment cycle while working in a high‑performance, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from client engagement to candidate placement.
• Develop specialist knowledge in IT recruitment to become a market expert.
• Build and maintain relationships with high‑level clients and candidates.
• Learn and apply negotiation, resilience and business development skills.
• Demonstrate leadership potential from day one with the aim of becoming a future manager.

Required profile

• Ambitious, results‑driven attitude with a desire to grow quickly.
• Resilient and committed to a long‑term career in recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, retail, hospitality, finance, real estate or similar fields (no prior recruitment experience required).
