Customer Experience Advisor

About the role

LeoVegas is looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to become the welcoming face and voice for its players. As a Customer Experience Advisor you will engage with customers via live chat, email and phone, ensuring every interaction is exceptional.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, concise communication with customers through live chat, email and phone.
• Listen to inquiries, resolve issues efficiently and adhere to company policies.
• Handle complaints with empathy, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Payments, Fraud, Safer Gambling and CRM teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently while contributing to team culture.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated team player.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities; gambling industry experience is a plus but not required.
