Business Transformation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for Business Transformation Consultants to join EY’s Business Transformation team. In this role you will support clients in designing and implementing complex transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer experience and agility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workstreams or components of transformation projects, ensuring effective delivery, governance and risk management.
• Develop and maintain project materials, track progress against milestones and coordinate with stakeholders for high‑quality results.
• Identify risks and issues, escalating appropriately and supporting change‑management activities to facilitate adoption.
• Document the current state of business processes and contribute to the design and enhancement of processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into practical initiatives.
• Participate in workshops with stakeholders to validate and refine solutions.
• Contribute insights and innovative ideas to high‑quality project deliverables.
• Demonstrate teamwork and integrity in client and internal interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in business process reengineering or process‑improvement initiatives.
• Ability to gather requirements through interviews, workshops and observations.
• Capability to bridge business needs with technology solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving, project‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and presentation abilities.
• Skill in communicating complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a positive, adaptable attitude.
