Deloitte’s Growth team is seeking a Business Development Support professional to assist with daily activities that drive the firm’s expansion initiatives. Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day administrative operations of the Growth team to ensure smooth delivery of activities.
• Maintain and update databases and CRM systems, including client accounts, registrations, and contact information.
• Provide CRM system support such as training, handling ad‑hoc queries, bulk uploads, and ensuring data quality.
• Perform regular reconciliations to monitor consistency across systems.
• Assist in analysing engagement and performance metrics and prepare monthly reports for partners and stakeholders.
• Draft and distribute internal communications, ensuring clear messaging across the firm.
• Research local events, manage the events community, and prepare targeted communications for senior managers.
• Support client feedback initiatives and build strong working relationships across teams.
• Escalate complex queries appropriately and explore CRM functionality to promote best practices.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in business development and consulting.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Required skills
