Customer-Focused Retail Salesperson (Tech Environment)

About the role

We are looking for customer‑focused full‑time Salespersons to support retail sales operations in a technology‑focused environment. You will guide customers through the sales journey, provide product and technical assistance, and help achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer sales enquiries and provide product information and over‑the‑counter technical assistance.
• Promote the product range and work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Process POS transactions, handle cash, and complete end‑of‑day reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate stock and item records, and address customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Support online order fulfilment, receive and store transferred goods, and replenish shop displays.
• Assist with opening technical service jobs when required and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
• Attend training to keep product, system, and service knowledge up to date.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, structured retail environment.
• Proactive, accountable, and positive attitude with a willingness to continuously develop product knowledge.
• Flexibility to work on a roster basis, including weekends and public holidays, and across different outlets or partner locations.
• Previous retail, sales, or customer‑service experience is an advantage.
• MQF Level 2 qualification or higher, a valid driving licence and own transport are beneficial.
