Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with premium clients in finance, legal and tech.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to advance the sales pipeline.

• Collaborate with senior sales leaders and participate in tailored training programs.
• Represent Archer’s brand at industry events and client meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales environment (e.g., hospitality, insurance, events, telecom).
• High confidence, resilience and a strong drive to outperform expectations.
• Ambition to build a long‑term, growth‑focused career.
• Excellent English communication skills.
