About the role

Patrianna, a B2B player in the Social Gaming industry, is scaling from a start‑up to a mature business. The Commercial Analyst will oversee and optimise the performance of multiple gaming brands while shaping best‑practice procedures for the commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage brand performance, identifying growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to monitor KPIs.
• Develop and implement best‑practice procedures and knowledge‑sharing frameworks for the commercial team.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and operations to align brand strategies with company objectives.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Champion advanced analytics techniques and explore innovative technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing strategies that boost brand performance.
• Strong analytical expertise with proficiency in SQL and data‑visualisation tools.
• Leadership experience managing teams or cross‑functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain knowledge‑sharing frameworks.
• Deep understanding of gaming trends, consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
