About the role

Join the Insurance Support team as a Customer Contact Centre Representative, providing first‑line assistance for insurance enquiries, RFQs, sales, and claim information.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line insurance customer support via calls, chats and emails.
• Handle incoming enquiries professionally and efficiently, following company standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
• Issue and send client documentation as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English.
• Minimum secondary education.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Outgoing, positive attitude and strong customer‑oriented mindset.
• Team player able to work well under pressure.
• Good telephone etiquette, communication and organisational skills.
