Assistance Coordinator – 24/7 Shift Role

About the role

Middlesea Assist Ltd is seeking a full‑time Assistance Coordinator to work on a 24/7 shift schedule, including nights. You will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance services, ensuring rapid and accurate dispatch of contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming assistance calls and online chats.
• Communicate with the contractor network via phone or email to arrange services.
• Document call details and resolutions following standard operating procedures.
• Perform additional contact‑centre duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night hours.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Maltese language skills are a plus.
• Strong multitasking ability in a dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of home installation is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent data‑entry and typing speed.
• Superior listening, verbal and written communication.
