Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Finnish/English)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive bilingual Customer Service Agent (Finnish/English) to join our team in Malta. As the first point of contact for players, you will ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience across phone, chat and email.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Finnish and English via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist with registration, verification, account queries, deposits, withdrawals and promotions.
• Approve withdrawals, process KYC documents and perform security checks.
• Collaborate with Risk, Fraud and Responsible Gaming teams.
• Contribute to translation tasks such as website content and promotional materials.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in Finnish and English (C1‑C2), written and spoken.
• Comfortable working in a shift system, including night shifts as the operation moves to 24/7.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and discretion.
• Motivated to grow within a scaling organization.
• Nice‑to‑have experience in customer service, translation, or regulated iGaming environments.
