Warehouse Manager

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations in a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role focuses on ensuring efficient inventory flow, maintaining compliance with GMP and GDP standards, and driving continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
• Manage inventory accuracy and coordinate with production and quality teams.
• Lead and develop a warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety and performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP/GDP regulations and prepare for internal and external audits.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments such as supply chain, quality, and engineering.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, chemical or other regulated manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP and warehouse compliance requirements.
• Fluent English with excellent leadership, analytical and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
