Supply Chain Officer

About the role

An organised and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Officer is needed to support purchasing, logistics, production planning and import/export activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role ensures timely supply and movement of materials while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support supplier management, maintain purchasing records and generate material planning reports.
• Request quotations, issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Assist production material planning, identify alternative sources and handle supplier incidents.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare invoices, process returns and manage cold‑chain shipments.
• Oversee import and export of controlled substances and dangerous goods, ensuring customs documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or University degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics or a related area.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and capable of working independently or within a team.

Required skills

• DGR certification (knowledge of dangerous goods regulations).
