Travel Coordinator

About the role

Betsson Group is seeking an energetic and highly organised Travel Coordinator to join its Malta office. You will be at the centre of creating seamless travel, relocation and onboarding experiences for employees worldwide, ensuring every journey to and within Malta is smooth and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the global travel policy, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Manage all global travel bookings through Perk, providing a smooth booking experience.
• Serve as the main point of contact for travel‑related queries across the organisation.
• Negotiate and manage hotel agreements and apartment contracts in collaboration with Legal.
• Coordinate relocation processes for new hires moving to Malta, including travel arrangements and onboarding support.
• Oversee Betsson apartments in Malta, handling allocation, upkeep and regular checks.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services and Recruitment to ensure seamless relocation and onboarding.
• Track travel costs, produce reports and align with budgetary targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a travel coordinator or administrator in an international environment.
• Experience with Perk or similar travel booking tools.
• Strong organisational, coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive employee experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting and work independently.
