Travel Consultant – Maltese & English Speaker

About the role

SMSMondial is seeking a passionate Travel Consultant who speaks both Maltese and English. You will help clients design, plan, and book memorable holidays ranging from Caribbean cruises to African safaris.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable travel packages and destinations.
• Provide detailed information on itineraries, pricing, and travel requirements.
• Process bookings and manage reservations through the company’s systems.
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English.
• Strong interest in travel and tourism.
• Positive, proactive, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working in a sales and customer‑service environment.
• Previous experience in travel or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

What we offer

• Full‑time, office‑based position (40 hours per week).
• Working hours: Mon‑Fri 09:00‑13:00 & 13:30‑17:30; occasional Saturdays (09:30‑12:30) with overtime pay or time off.
