Store Supervisor - Sports Direct Qormi

About the role

Hudson Group, an international retailer and distributor active in sport and fashion wear, is hiring a Supervisor for its Sports Direct store in Qormi, Malta. The position reports to the Store Manager, works full-time inside the store and is offered on an indefinite contract.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all activities needed for the efficient operation of the store and provide prompt, courteous service to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
• Lead a small team in one of the instore departments and act as a role model for a world-class customer experience, training colleagues to deliver it consistently.
• Create an engaging working environment, give immediate feedback and celebrate success.
• Support the delivery of meticulous store presentation by applying visual merchandising standards that match the Sports Direct brand.
• Drive store performance beyond set goals and lead the team in following best practice to meet commercial goals and build brand knowledge.

Required profile

• Recent supervisory experience.
• Passion for retail and people.
• Confident leader able to motivate and challenge others.
• Detail-oriented and able to communicate at all levels.
• Willingness to promote the Sports Direct values and culture internally and externally.
