Charter Sales Executive

About the role

AirX, an international air charter operator with a diverse fleet, is looking for a Charter Sales Executive to join its Sales Department in Malta. The role reports directly to the Charter Sales Manager and drives charter flight sales by building relationships with brokers and clients, identifying commercial opportunities and delivering tailored private jet solutions. It contributes to team revenue targets by combining sales expertise with knowledge of aircraft availability, operational limits and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare charter quotations based on aircraft availability, operational restrictions, operating costs and pricing guidelines.
• Negotiate with charter brokers to secure profitable bookings and help meet team revenue targets.
• Engage with existing and potential brokers to build relationships and create new business.
• Identify ways to maximise aircraft utilisation and improve sales performance.
• Coordinate confirmed flights with Operations and Flight Support and propose alternatives when availability or restrictions arise.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations to maximise conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures and commercial guidelines.

Required profile

• At least two years of sales experience, preferably in business aviation or charter sales.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Dedicated, patient and customer-oriented, with a results-driven mindset.
