About the role

We are looking for a passionate Spa Therapist to join Carisma Spa & Wellness, delivering exceptional massage experiences that promote relaxation and well‑being for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and aromatherapy, tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide attentive customer service, addressing client preferences and concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment room that creates a soothing atmosphere.
• Stay updated on wellness trends and continuously expand knowledge of massage therapies.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall spa experience.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage and suggest personalized wellness plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong client satisfaction record.
• Valid certification in massage therapy from an accredited institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and evenings as needed.
