SEO Performance Manager

About the role

Paradise Media is looking for an experienced SEO Performance Manager to own the SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of sports and iGaming sites. You will work closely with data, development and content teams, choosing priorities, running tests and measuring impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO performance across assigned sites, from strategy and prioritisation through implementation and follow‑up.
• Develop keyword strategy, site architecture, internal linking and on‑page optimisation.
• Investigate crawling, indexing, template and architecture issues and propose fixes.
• Turn ideas into tests, involve developers and content specialists, and monitor rankings, traffic, conversion and revenue.
• Use AI tools to improve research, analysis and quality checks while retaining final decision authority.

Required profile

• At least three years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in iGaming or a highly competitive market.
• Proven ability to choose between competing SEO opportunities when resources are limited.
• Experience diagnosing traffic or ranking problems and delivering measurable improvements.
• Solid understanding of how rankings, traffic, conversion and revenue interrelate.
• Comfortable working directly with developers on technical changes.

Required skills

• Google Search Console, analytics, crawling and backlink analysis tools.
• Technical SEO fundamentals: crawling, indexing, architecture, internal linking, on‑page optimisation.
• AI‑assisted SEO workflows.
• Basic HTML, CSS, SQL or scripting knowledge.
• Familiarity with WordPress and large‑scale site migrations (useful but not essential).
