Senior Performance Marketer – Remote (Europe)

About the role

EverAI is looking for a senior performance marketer to own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels. This is a hands‑on, remote position focused on rapid execution, continuous testing, and aggressive growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of one or two primary paid channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) and expand scope based on performance.
• Design, launch, and iterate acquisition funnels, running high‑velocity tests on creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor daily performance using Voluum, GA4 and internal dashboards, analysing CPA, ROAS, retention and cohort data.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks to guide strategic and tactical decisions.
• Lead the creative briefing process, defining hooks, formats and angles based on performance patterns.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to create high‑converting landing pages and reduce creative fatigue.
• Manage partnerships and media relationships to optimise spend and scale successful campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing with a track record of scaling paid acquisition.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable analysing metrics and making rapid decisions.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for briefing creative and product partners.
