Senior Mechanic / Garage Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced automotive mechanic with a deep passion for BMW vehicles to join our modern workshop as a Senior Mechanic and Garage Manager. The role combines hands‑on technical work with senior‑level workshop management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain BMW models, including M Series, hybrid, petrol and diesel variants.
• Perform advanced diagnostics using specialised tools and problem‑solve complex vehicle issues.
• Oversee daily workshop operations, manage inventory and ensure essential supplies such as oil and service materials are stocked.
• Collaborate closely with the head mechanic to maintain high quality standards.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with BMW vehicles (Porsche experience is a strong plus).
• Proven track record as an auto mechanic in a professional environment.
• Strong work ethic, team‑oriented mindset and passion for precision engineering.
