Senior Financial Systems Consultant

About the role

A Microsoft Business Solutions team, a Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in Microsoft software for medium to large organisations, is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Consultant. The role leads end-to-end implementation projects and champions functional best practices with Microsoft solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing and training
• Customise Dynamics 365 templates for sector-specific needs
• Engage in data migration and interface integration
• Ensure high-quality pre-sales engagements
• Coach team members and define training needs
• Follow the project methodology, mitigate project risks and communicate progress updates on time

Required profile

• Degree level education or higher
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in end-to-end project leadership
• Fluent or proficient English

Required skills

• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall methodologies and Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and integration tools
• Familiarity with Power Platform and automated testing tools
• Exceptional knowledge of Dynamics 365 functional capabilities
• Leadership, stakeholder management and client relationship skills
