Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

The iGaming industry places increasing emphasis on reliable, scalable and efficient infrastructure, so the company needs someone to design and maintain resilient, automated environments for its products. You will work in a team focused on CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and container orchestration, acting as the main point of responsibility for the health, performance and capacity of gaming platform services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the core gaming platform to meet SLAs, and troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, application and network layers
• Build and manage systems, infrastructure services and applications through automation, and regularly check code into CI/CD pipelines
• Develop strategy, processes and support procedures, and contribute to the design and standardisation of systems
• Resolve critical and complex problems within SLA requirements and communicate with management and stakeholders
• Develop, configure and optimise monitoring and telemetry, and assist in rolling out new features and installations
• Build tools to speed up deployment and monitoring in large-scale environments, and work with developers to build operable platforms

Required profile

• 5 to 7 years of experience as SRE or DevOps
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Track record of running multi-node, multi-tier web applications, long-lived APIs and microservices
• Senior-level experience with Kubernetes, Helm/Helmfile, OpenShift, Ansible, RabbitMQ/Kafka and CI/CD tools
