Sales Manager

About the role

AMC Marketing Ltd is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead its B2B sales team and oversee the performance of the AMC Hub retail outlet. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving growth across both channels and translating market insight into actionable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the B2B sales team to exceed targets.
• Set clear sales objectives, monitor performance and provide regular feedback.
• Own the commercial direction of the AMC Hub, ensuring strong customer experience.
• Analyse sales data, trends and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance updates for senior management.
• Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain and expand key customer relationships while supporting new account development.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Administration and other departments to align sales priorities with stock availability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales with a track record of leading or managing a sales team.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on results and growth.
• Experience working with sales targets, KPIs and performance data.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with the ability to take ownership.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
