Sales Executive – Medical & Therapeutic Products

About the role

The Sales Executive will promote a portfolio of pharmaceutical, dermatology and medical technology solutions to healthcare professionals across Malta. You will build and maintain relationships with physicians, consultants and pharmacy staff, delivering scientific information that supports product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with doctors, consultants, pharmacists and other decision‑makers in both public and private settings.
• Present clear, scientifically‑backed information on medicines, dermatological solutions and medical devices.
• Plan and organise daily visits, appointments and territory coverage to meet commercial targets.
• Develop deep product knowledge by reviewing clinical data, market trends and regulatory updates.
• Prepare and manage promotional materials for professional discussions and presentations.
• Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activity and share insights with internal teams.
• Support the launch of new products by coordinating with sales and commercial colleagues.
• Participate in continuous learning activities to stay current on portfolio changes and industry developments.

Required profile

• University degree in pharmacy, medicine, science or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in medical products, pharmaceuticals or a comparable commercial field.
• Excellent command of English; Maltese language is an asset.
• Clean, current Maltese driving licence.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey scientific information clearly.
