About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic full‑time Sales Assistants to join our vibrant retail team in Gozo. You will help shoppers discover clothing and accessories that match their personal style while delivering a friendly, welcoming in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, offering product information and styling advice.
• Maintain attractive store presentation, visual merchandising, and merchandise displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Uphold high customer‑service standards and contribute to smooth daily store operations.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and genuine interest in fashion and customer service.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Preference for Maltese‑speaking candidates.
