Retention and Reactivation Account Manager (Italian Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Retention and Reactivation Account Manager who is fluent in Italian and English. The successful candidate will help both new and existing customers achieve success with our product by understanding their needs and removing obstacles.

Key responsibilities

• Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure customer success.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs.
• Visit customers on‑site to uncover growth opportunities within our platform.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate any issues customers may face.
• Produce regular reports on the health and performance of customer accounts.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management or a client‑facing role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
