Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead front‑of‑house operations in a luxury dining environment. You will be the face of the venue, ensuring every guest receives an unrivalled hospitality experience while collaborating with culinary, beverage, and entertainment teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences, build relationships with VIPs, and manage feedback.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, reservations, table planning, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Lead pre‑service briefings, coordinate service flow, and maintain a polished front‑of‑house environment.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high‑performing hospitality team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Drive revenue through upselling, monitor labour and operational costs, and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Protect and elevate the restaurant’s brand, collaborating with music and entertainment teams to create a cohesive experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience opening new restaurant or hospitality concepts.
• Background working with VIP guests, private events, and entertainment‑led hospitality.
• Previous role as Restaurant Manager in luxury dining, high‑end Asian concepts, premium hotels, members’ clubs, or lifestyle venues.
• Strong knowledge of elevated casual dining service standards and high‑expectation environments.
