Regulatory Compliance Manager

About the role

RSM is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to shape its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) approach and lead client‑facing projects. You will oversee medium‑risk assignments, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic planning and deliver business projects aligned with GRC objectives.
• Manage and deliver medium‑risk projects on time and within budget.
• Define client requirements, maintain strong stakeholder relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues throughout project delivery.
• Lead, mentor and allocate resources to project teams, supporting recruitment as needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in management, consulting or operational roles.
• MQF Level 6 qualification in business, law or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including GDPR.
• Proven experience conducting compliance audits, gap assessments and regulatory projects.
• Demonstrated project and change‑management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Adaptable, collaborative and natural leadership qualities.
