Recruiter – Full Training, On‑site in Malta

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Recruitment Consultants in Malta. No prior recruitment experience is required – we provide full training to help you become an elite recruiter serving our IT and Finance & Legal divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers.
• Understand client talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source, qualify and present candidates, managing the interview process end‑to‑end.
• Guide both clients and candidates through offers and placement.
• Achieve and exceed KPI targets to drive personal and company growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any sector (e.g., hospitality, telecom, insurance, events).
• Fluent English – the primary business language in Malta.
• Local candidate or immediate willingness to relocate to Malta.
• High financial ambition and resilience to handle rejection.

Required skills

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
