Real Estate Call Center Agent – Part‑Time/Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated call centre operator to join our real‑estate team. The position can be part‑time or full‑time, working from our office on the Gzira‑Sliema seafront.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing landlords and tenants by phone to update information.
• Follow up on enquiries and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Acquire new property listings and feed them into the CRM system.
• Check availability of new listings and keep the database current.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or a call‑centre environment.
• Clear European pronunciation with no strong accent.
• English at C1 level (spoken).
• Energetic, convincing and sales‑oriented personality.
• Availability to start within a week and commitment for at least several weeks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Effective telephone communication.
• Basic computer literacy.

What we offer

• Flexible working hours between 9 am and 7 pm.
• 20‑25 hours per week, adjustable by agreement.
• Salary ranging from €10 to €20 per hour (base plus performance bonus).
