Real Estate Agent – Malta

About the role

Atlam Properties is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents in Malta. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and continuous support to help you succeed in the dynamic property market.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective buyers and renters, presenting property listings and answering queries.
• Conduct property viewings and accompany clients throughout the sales or rental process.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and local regulations.
• Prepare and negotiate offers, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish.
• Build and nurture a network of clients and partners to generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation to achieve sales targets and earn high commissions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to obtain a work permit if required.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy (email, internet browsing).
