QuickLets, the leading specialist in property rentals on the island, is looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join its Sliema branch. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment focused exclusively on letting properties and to develop a career in Malta’s thriving rental market.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage property listings for rental opportunities.
• Provide high‑quality customer service to both landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate and close rental contracts.
• Prospect new clients and identify potential rental properties.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation and sales mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiarity with the local real‑estate market is advantageous.
• Previous experience in real‑estate or property rentals is a plus.
