Nurse – Reduced Hours (30h/week)

About the role

We are seeking a registered Nurse to join our therapeutic programme on a reduced‑hours basis (30 hours per week) at our Marsaskala premises. You will support caregivers, staff, volunteers and clients, ensuring high‑quality nursing care throughout each client’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor clients’ conditions, assess needs and communicate any deterioration to the programme manager, parents and doctor.
• Maintain accurate medical records and client journals, both written and electronic.
• Perform routine procedures such as medication administration, blood pressure measurement and injections.
• Provide personal care, hygiene support and health education to clients and their families.
• Liaise with parents regarding client health and collaborate with practitioners and support workers.
• Prepare specialist reports, statistical data and end‑of‑term documentation as required.

Required profile

• Degree qualification (MQF Level 6) or equivalent in Nursing studies.
• Registered with the Council for Nurses and Midwives.
• Previous experience in a similar nursing role is an asset.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
