Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support the delivery of brand and marketing activities that strengthen the bank’s presence. This role is ideal for a creative, organised and proactive individual passionate about marketing and brand communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of assigned marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies, media houses, suppliers and other external partners to ensure effective and timely campaign delivery.
• Prepare briefs, timelines, action plans and campaign materials, managing requirements, approvals and deliverables.
• Review and edit marketing content across customer communications, digital platforms and print channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Organise promotional activities and create engaging content for the bank’s digital channels.
• Maintain understanding of the bank’s products, services, customers and marketing priorities.

Required profile

• 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably involving campaign coordination and delivery.
• Relevant professional qualification in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of current marketing trends, channels and best practices, including digital marketing.
• Excellent copywriting, editing and communication skills.
• Organised, reliable and detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
