Manufacturing Operator – Production Line

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves supporting a production line by ensuring materials are ready, waste is removed and processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Supply printing materials to machines as required and remove waste materials.
• Maintain safety and security standards with a zero‑incident mindset.
• Apply a “right first time” quality approach and meet hourly, daily and shift throughput targets.
• Contribute to Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) goals and standard change‑over procedures.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and keep process documentation up to date.
• Participate in waste‑reduction initiatives and operational‑excellence projects.

Required profile

• Basic computer literacy.
• O‑Level qualification in English, Maltese and Mathematics.
• Some experience in manufacturing operations.
• Ability to assess risks, work safely and follow company procedures.
• Reliable attendance, teamwork and clear communication.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to improve.
