Final Inspector

About the role

The Final Inspector ensures that finished goods meet customer specifications and internal quality standards before they leave the production site. Working closely with the Dispatch and Quality teams, this role acts as the last line of verification, safeguarding product integrity for automotive, aerospace, defense and industrial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual and manual inspections of final products according to defined specifications and work instructions.
• Identify and segregate non‑conforming parts or packaging, raising non‑conformance reports as needed.
• Escalate recurring quality issues to the Dispatch Deputy Supervisor or Quality Engineers.
• Scan and digitalise work order cards to maintain accurate electronic records.
• Document inspection results and ensure traceability.
• Maintain a clean and orderly inspection area in line with 5S standards.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock rotation and operate automatic visual inspection machines when required.

Required profile

• Basic written and oral English proficiency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Motivation to learn and excel in the role.
• Computer literacy.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
