Loan Administration Specialist – Spanish Fluent

About the role

Novumbank is looking for a bilingual Loan Administration Specialist to join its Customer Service team in Malta. You will support customers throughout the loan repayment journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while promoting additional banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on loan repayment processes and schedules.
• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, SMS, or email.
• Maintain accurate records of repayment plans and updates.
• Enhance overall customer experience and cross‑sell relevant products.
• Prioritise the customer’s needs in every interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Experience in a customer‑contact role, preferably in debt collection or financial services.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
