Learning Solutions Consultant

About the role

StreetHR is expanding its learning and organisational development services and seeks a proactive Learning Solutions Consultant. You will work closely with the Director and the broader team to grow the learning portfolio while delivering an exceptional client experience from initial contact through programme completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for learning and development initiatives that address business challenges.
• Conduct client meetings, discuss learning needs, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate planning, delivery, and administration of training programmes and masterclasses.
• Support learning quality processes and programme administration.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote learning initiatives and events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to business development reporting.
• Represent StreetHR professionally at networking events and client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
