Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to join a people‑focused organisation. You will help employees grow by designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes that support onboarding, skill development and career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver onboarding and induction programmes.
• Organise, facilitate and evaluate a range of training initiatives.
• Support the identification of learning needs and assist in creating annual training plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop learning materials and resources.
• Maintain training records, metrics and reporting.
• Support performance and talent development initiatives.
• Coordinate with external training providers and professional development partners.

Required profile

• Previous experience in learning and development, talent, recruitment or HR‑related roles.
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Genuine interest in employee development and confidence in facilitating training sessions.
• Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Psychology, Business or a related field (asset).
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
