Lead Product Manager

About the role

Catenamedia is looking for a Lead Product Manager in Gzira. The role owns the strategy, roadmap and feature definition of a product or product line, working closely with engineering, content, marketing and sales to meet customer needs and business objectives. It also includes mentoring a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap, and gather and prioritise requirements into user stories, feature specs and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, content, marketing and other teams on priorities, timelines and deliverables.
• Lead product development from concept to launch, monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, pricing and sales enablement.
• Track KPIs, analyse data and use customer feedback from surveys, interviews and user testing to improve the product.
• Mentor Product Managers and Product Owners, support the team in executing the roadmap and act as the main liaison to the Director of Product.
• Manage team performance through performance reviews and regular 1-1s, take ownership of recruitment and selection with HR and TA, and support induction and development.

Required profile

• 3+ years in technology product development and delivery, preferably in iGaming.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and tell compelling product stories.
• Familiarity with design and UX principles and hands-on experience with product prototyping.

Required skills

• Understanding of application development, cloud computing and database technologies.
• Strong organisational, planning and supervisory skills.
