Lawyer – Corporate and Commercial Law

About the role

PwC is looking for a Lawyer to join its Legal team in Qormi. You will work alongside experienced professionals in multidisciplinary project teams, applying your strengths and growing your career in a supportive environment. The opening is listed for 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with clients as part of multidisciplinary project teams, delivering high-quality legal solutions
• Carry out legal research across corporate and commercial law, regulatory frameworks and emerging fields such as ESG and digital assets
• Draft and prepare legal documents, reports and client deliverables accurately
• Develop practical solutions to client challenges and collaborate with tax, assurance, advisory and technology teams
• Take part in business development, including thought leadership, events and marketing
• Keep up to date with legal and regulatory developments and their impact on clients

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws or Master of Laws degree
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset
• Strong organisation, time management and clear, professional communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong problem-solving skills

Required skills

• Preferred: corporate tax law, data protection, financial law, intellectual property, mergers and succession planning
• Desired languages: English, Maltese
