Key Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

Wolt is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to own a portfolio of strategic restaurant partners. You will work closely with both independent eateries and larger chains, helping them grow on our platform through data‑driven insights and tailored product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Close deals with key restaurant partners, handling structuring, negotiation and onboarding.
• Drive adoption of Wolt’s products and services to increase partner revenue.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners by understanding their needs and providing ongoing support.
• Monitor partner performance through regular check‑ins, data analysis and quality reviews.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the partner journey after onboarding.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and sales teams to plan campaigns, solve challenges and build business cases.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to keep partners ahead of the curve.
• Gather and relay partner feedback to improve internal processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the food‑service or retail sector.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.
