Junior Sportsbook Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sportsbook Executive to support the day‑to‑day operations of our Sportsbook team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to a variety of sportsbook tasks and insight into how a top‑tier sportsbook functions across dynamic African markets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain basic sportsbook content such as quicklinks, coupons, and tournament ordering.
• Execute daily checklist tasks to ensure site accuracy and functionality.
• Monitor alerts and assist in reviewing bet issues, including unsettled or rejected bets.
• Gather and format simple reports on players, events, or game performance.
• Support configuration and ongoing maintenance of third‑party games and promotions, e.g., Football Jackpots and Free‑To‑Play offers.

Required profile

• Passion for sports and interest in learning betting operations.
• Comfortable using computers and eager to learn new tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow checklists and processes.
• Effective team player with clear communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines while seeking help when needed.
• French language skills are a plus for Francophone market support.
